Franchise & Management (signed)
Iona has signed Swiss Hotel Qerret under a franchise agreement to manage a portfolio of 374 rooms. This landmark coastal project is being prepared for full brand-aligned operation and integrated commercial distribution under Iona’s management and governance.


Novotel Tirana Centre
Lease, Full Development & Management (signed)
Iona Hospitality will lease and manage Novotel Tirana Centre. Iona is delivering full development of the property and will operate the hotel under the Novotel brand, combining global brand standards with local execution to maximise market penetration and owner returns. (Novotel Tirana is a strategic city-centre asset central to our urban expansion plan.)
