Who we are

This website is operated by IONA Hospitality, Rr. Abdyl Frashëri, Pallati i Ri Jeshil, Kati 1, Tirana, Albania. We are responsible for the personal data described below. You can reach us at info@ionahospitality.com.

What we collect and why

We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site.

• Contact form: your name, email address and message. We use them to reply to you.
• Request a proposal form: your name, email, phone number, company, the type, location, number of keys and stage of your property, the model you are considering, and your message. We use them to prepare a reply and, if you wish, a proposal.
• Careers form: your name, email, phone number, the role or function you are interested in, a few words about you and, if you attach it, your CV. We use them to consider you for a role and to stay in touch about it.

Please do not send sensitive details, such as health, religion or identity numbers, in these forms.

How the forms work

When you send a form, it is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that handles the message on our behalf. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace. These providers may process data outside Albania or the European Economic Area, under their own data protection terms. We do not sell your details and we do not share them for advertising.

Technical data

Our website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and pages requested, for security and reliability. The site content is managed in Sanity; no visitor data is sent there.

Cookies

The site does not set advertising cookies. It stores your cookie choice in your browser so that we do not ask you again. If we add analytics, we will ask for your consent first. See our Cookies page for details.

How long we keep your details

We keep enquiries and proposal requests for up to 24 months after the last contact, and job applications and CVs for up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we have to keep them by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, restrict or object to how we use them, or give you a copy. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to info@ionahospitality.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority in Albania, the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data (IDP), or to the authority in your own country.

Children

This site is for business visitors. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their details.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
